I have experienced both sides of passion. Great joy from cool projects, buying and developing my own houses, practising football, and basketball, and travelling around the world. The plus side also includes my professional career and reaching financial freedom.<\/p>

However, there\u2019s also plenty of stuff that belongs to the other side. The price I have paid has been burning out, complicated family relations, damaged health and other unpleasant things.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In retrospect, the price I paid was justified.<\/p>

I have 25 years of professional experience in sales\/marketing\/management. A quarter of a century! Looking back, it has been a great ride \u2013 a versatile, adventurous journey.<\/p>

This journey has made me do soul-searching again and again, finding and redefining myself. From this journey, I have acquired many experiences that have helped me to move forward and that will help me to encourage you to move forward as well.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

My passion, my dedication and my will to do the work have shaped me to be a leader of leaders.<\/strong> From the egoistic apprenticeship phase of my 20s and 30s, when I was focussed on money and achievements, I have reached a new level \u2013 now I am a master in my prime.<\/p>

In 2016, I took some time off. Life offered me a great opportunity to look into the mirror and think about how I wished to shape my future. Taking small steps forward, I reached the understanding that from now on, I wish to focus on the people around me.<\/p>

For me, it was a major awareness change. In the years that followed, I focused on practising this thought and receiving a coaching diploma has been the natural course of events. As a coach, I can use my natural abilities knowingly and effectively for the good of people.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Self-development is a rich word that I have thought about a lot. For me, self-development is a journey to oneself. I passed a 6-month coaching programme with Argo. To my surprise, I discovered after our sixth meeting that I had reached all the goals we talked about at our first meeting.
