Leadership has been at the heart of my work for more than 25 years — first as an executive, later as a coach.
Today, as a leadership coach in Estonia, I help leaders and teams turn complexity into clarity and change into sustainable growth.

My path has taken me through international business, team leadership and transformation projects across the Baltics and Nordics. These experiences shaped my belief that real progress comes from trust, focus and meaningful dialogue.

For most of my career, I’ve been part of leadership — setting direction, building teams and guiding change.
Working in international organisations taught me how different leadership looks when cultures, goals and people must align under pressure.

Over time, I realised my real passion lies in helping others lead with clarity and courage. That insight led me to become a leadership coach in Estonia, combining executive experience with the human side of leadership.

My story is one of continuous learning — learning how clarity drives trust, and how trust drives performance.
Those lessons now shape every coaching conversation I have with leaders and teams across Estonia and the Baltics.

I support companies that operate in Estonia and the Baltics, working with leadership teams navigating change, growth or new strategic goals.
