Utilitas Wind meeskond Team Pivotly PAAT meeskonnatreeningul Pärnu Kalevi sõudebaasis

When the Utilitas Wind team joined our Team Pivotly PAAT training, we stepped into the boat together with one clear goal — to move as one. At first the paddles splashed at different times, and it felt a little clumsy. Soon, however, rhythm began to appear. The water showed us instantly whether we were in sync or not. That feedback made the learning real, fun, and memorable.

The day was about much more than rowing. It became a mirror for teamwork. When one person lost focus, the boat slowed down. When everyone pulled together, the boat moved smoothly and powerfully forward. That experience captured the essence of collaboration.

I also noticed how the group quickly built trust. Sharing the same challenge on water required communication, attention, and support. As a result, people saw each other from a different perspective. The energy in the boat carried over to conversations on the shore.

Client feedback

“This was one of the most inspiring team experiences we have ever had. What stayed with us was the true essence of teamwork – that success comes from collaboration, not from individual effort. This experience will continue to guide us in the future.”
Andrus Zverevski, Utilitas Wind

What We Took Away

From this day, the Utilitas Wind team carried three insights:

  • Clear focus and alignment make progress faster.

  • Every team member’s input matters and is visible.

  • Shared challenges create bonds that normal meetings rarely bring.

Why It Matters

For leaders and teams, this training is a reminder that success comes from clarity, rhythm, and trust. The water does not lie — it shows immediately whether a team is working together or not.
