My reflection
Kadrian’s words are an important mirror for me. There’s no universal recipe in leadership or coaching. There are people, with their strengths, their fears and their potential. My role is to help put those pieces together in a way that creates real momentum forward.
I’m convinced that every organisation can build more clarity and courage. Sometimes all it takes is a small shift in mindset or focus to reach a bigger breakthrough.
