Argo's ability to listen and see to the heart of things, even when my thoughts were unclear, created a space where I could think honestly, question, and grow. Our work together helped me notice my own patterns, take responsibility without self-blame, and trust my own thinking more.

Collaboration doesn't start with tools or methodologies. It starts with trust, attentive listening, and the desire to understand the situation as a whole.
How does the collaboration usually unfold?
No process is exactly the same, but we usually move through four natural stages.
-
We make sense of the situation
We start with a conversation. We try to understand not just the symptoms, but their causes. We map the people, the expectations, and the real challenges.
-
We find the real questions
Often the problem isn't where it first appears. We bring to light the patterns, contradictions, and issues that are holding the organisation back.
-
We choose the right approach
Not every situation needs coaching. Sometimes one strategic conversation is enough. Other times a workshop, a longer development process, interim support, or bringing in partners is needed. We choose the solution to fit the situation, not the other way around.
-
We bring the change into everyday work
Clarity has to reach decisions, collaboration, and leadership. Only then does a good discussion become real change.
When do we bring in partners?
Not every difficult situation needs more people. But some need more than one perspective.
Pivotly isn't a classic consulting firm or a large agency. I work on a boutique advisory basis – I lead the process and I'm responsible for the whole. When a situation needs extra expertise, I bring in people with real, practical experience in that specific area. That keeps the collaboration simple, flexible, and high quality for the client.

Honest collaboration also means admitting when this isn't the right solution.
When looking for a quick motivational boost
Lasting change doesn't come from one inspiring day.
When there's no willingness to make decisions
Clarity only helps when it's followed by responsibility and action.
When difficult topics are avoided
Real change starts with honest conversations.
