Digital marketing training in Tallinn with Argo Teetlaus and Marketing Sharks OÜ
Looking back at the past few months, one moment stands out: a digital marketing course I took part in at Tallinn University. It wasn’t just a course. It was a chance to pause for a moment, reflect and sharpen skills in an area that directly affects how I connect with clients.
I realised that even after years of helping teams and leaders build clarity and focus, my own digital presence needed a refresh. The training gave me new perspectives, practical tools and the motivation to update my Pivotly page so it would speak more clearly to clients and better showcase my real value.
Lessons from the digital marketing training
- 👉 Learning never stops. Even after 25 years of experience in leadership and coaching, there’s always something new to discover. Digital channels keep evolving, and we need to evolve with them.
- 👉 Clarity builds trust. The training was a reminder that websites and messages need to be simple and specific. Excess complexity creates confusion, while clarity builds confidence.
- 👉 Balance is essential. A good website isn’t just design. Content, visuals and technical SEO all need to work together to create a logical and valuable experience for the client.
- 👉 Collaboration gives the best result. Updating the page wasn’t a solo project. I did it together with my son Karl Johannes: he handled design and the technical side, I handled content and strategy. That collaboration across generations made the whole process special and gave it a deeper dimension.
Why this matters to you
If you lead a company or a team, you’ve surely felt the question hanging in the air: does our message reach the right people? or does the team really understand where we’re heading? The digital marketing training reminded me that clarity is a key ingredient, in strategy and in communication alike.
The same principle guides my work with clients. Whether it’s coaching, team training or leadership development, my role is to help reduce complexity, bring in focus and build a shared understanding. Updating my own page was just one example of how a well thought-out message creates real value.
This digital marketing training showed me once again why clarity, growth and continuous learning matter so much. That’s exactly the approach I bring to my work with clients too.
